Unprofessional ! Lad called Matt turned up to do the viewing, didn't look like he wanted to be there, no personality whatsoever, didn't have a clue where the boiler was and no keys to the garage. I expect to see those things when viewing a property, esp the boiler !!! He stood there like a lump of wood whilst I walked round, no interaction at all. I went into the back garden round the side ( No key for back door ) walked up to the back fence and looked up at the roof, he then said " Right then " as if to say come on that's all your getting. Today ( Monday 16/09 ) he rang me up to ask for feedback, I said " I'm waiting for more info on the boiler like I asked for when leaving " He replied " Do you really need to see the boiler and the garage ? " I said yes of course I do to which he replied " So would you need a 2nd viewing ? Yes I replied. He then said " Well we've had offers on it so...... " I said, I tell you what, forget it !! I'm sorry but when you do a viewing you make sure you know where everything is, have all the keys to then try and pressure someone into making an offer by telling them there's already offers on it doesn't work on me. I'm not being pressured into something when I haven't seen or got the information needed to make a judgement. Very unprofessional !! To top it off I rang the branch to speak to a manager and nobody called me back, shocking !!
