I recently viewed a house with my partner and the staff member I was dealing with spoke down to us, he didn't seem bothered about our business at all. Do you even pay the staff commission? because by the way he acted I doubt it. It comes to the viewing of the house and we end up with the same bloke and he's on his phone the whole time. Some kid in glasses, he didn't even look old enough to be an estate agent and clearly had his mind elsewhere. Only use this estate agent if you want to be spoken to like you're an idiot by inadequately trained staff that care more about their social media than they do about customers.

Unprofessional ! Lad called Matt turned up to do the viewing, didn't look like he wanted to be there, no personality whatsoever, didn't have a clue where the boiler was and no keys to the garage.
