We are new to U.K and through Blundells at Sheffield we got to know about the property market here. Would like to mention about Tracy who gave us all the information with regards to understanding the financial aspects about house buying very well. Absolutely mind-blowing incompetence and apathy at every stage of the process. Do not bother renting with Blundells- there are plenty of other agents out there who are worth your time. Blundells literally never answer the phone the first time you ring. You have to call about 10 times before someone ... Read Full Review
Extortionate. Can't get over the fact that we were charged over £100 to renew our contract- literally nothing on it changed, they just had to press print. When we queried this, they said it was to pay for legal assistance in drawing up the contract, which makes absolutely no sense in this context given that it was LITERALLY THE SAME DOCUMENT WITH A DIFFERENT DATE. Not to mention all the other fees that come with renting- the sooner these exploitative fees are banned the better.

Absolutely disgraceful. Took them a year and a half to get a fire replaced left us through winter without heating. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
