I only give them one star because i can't rate them less. Careless and incompetent agents. I just moved in, found lots of broken stuff ( oven, taps, heating, lights), showed them all to the agent and after a week she replies that the landlord doesn't want to fix them. What is that? What if i don't what to pay the rent then?

23 Aug 2020So disappointed of this agency!!! We contacted them to arrange a viewing, we received 3 types of viewing confirmation - text massage, email and call+voice mail. We traveled 30 miles each way early in the morning before work just to stand in front of the property waiting for the agent to show up. We called them and how great it was to hear that the viewing is being cancelled!? We've been told that they called and left 3 voice mails to inform us for cancellation which is an absolute lie! The lady over the phone wasn't even sorry... She didn't ask if we would like to make a new appointment. We were so excited to arrange the viewing and it was very frustrating to get such an unprofessional attitude! If we were shown at least a little compassion on the unpleasant situation we would make a new appointment! Never going to use their services again!!

Appalling service. I was their tenant for eight months.
