I only give them one star because i can't rate them less. Careless and incompetent agents. I just moved in, found lots of broken stuff ( oven, taps, heating, lights), showed them all to the agent and after a week she replies that the landlord doesn't want to fix them. What is that?... Appalling service. I was their tenant for eight months. They took money for referencing, but carried out only basic checks which seems that the fees I paid for a phone call and an email were extortionate.
