Appalling service. I was their tenant for eight months. They took money for referencing, but carried out only basic checks which seems that the fees I paid for a phone call and an email were extortionate. They sent me a letter about the mid tenancy inspection date, I took annual leave to be at home, but no one showed up. Following the notice to vacate, they organised all day viewings without asking for permission and letting me know. One can only imagine how it felt when I walked in my house to an unlocked door and stuff having been moved around. I was shocked and felt insecure and reported this to the police. I was asked to pay for providing references to my prospective landlord. Weeks before I moved out, someone cancelled my broadband.

I only give them one star because i can't rate them less. Careless and incompetent agents. I just moved in, found lots of broken stuff ( oven, taps, heating, lights), showed them all to the agent and after a week she replies that the landlord doesn't want to fix them. What is that?...
