I have used Fenn Wright for several years to rent my property and always been very pleased. Recently Melissa Holmes in the lettings department has proved why I use an agent , and has taken away all the hassle of a recent change of Tennants. Highly recommended

Fenn Wright in short are scammers! Upon renting a property from them we paid 12 months in advance after living abroad for 15 years.Even so they insisted on completing references and a credit check.An inventory was also completed-I mean completed in the loosest terms.Have asked for copies of the... Very disappointed in FW, expected much more from an established agent. Terrible company. I phoned with a issue they they told me I have to fix it myself, then a week later I receive a notice to leave the property they are like a pack of wolves and it's like you are backed into a corner! Terrible service. Fenn Wright have been nothing but incompetent from day 1. Extremely high fees for tenants for a terrible service and they can't answer half your questions when you call. By far the best agent i have ever dealt with. We were selling our house through a different agent and buying through Fenn Wright.
