Normally I ignore it but I should write a review as I can see others have already done so and that's why Marsh & Parsons have such a poor ratings. I must have called Marsh & Parsons (Pimlico & Westminster) 4 times and 3 times left messages. No one has a curtesy of returning the calls. If you do call back, you'd better have an outstanding reason for why you didnt call back right away and Please DO NOT tell me you are busy, there are thousand of agencies in london and they are all busy too but they take care of their customers.

I had an appointment booked with Alexa. Received an email 9min prior to the appointment that she cannot make it on time, when called it turned out that she didn't have a key. Still going through the hell of ever encountouring Marsh and Parsons even weeks after we've moved out.
