Normally I ignore it but I should write a review as I can see others have already done so and that's why Marsh & Parsons have such a poor ratings. I must have called Marsh & Parsons (Pimlico & Westminster) 4 times and 3 times left messages. No one has a curtesy of returning the calls. If you do call back, you'd better have an outstanding reason for why you didnt call back right away and Please DO NOT tell me you are busy, there are thousand of agencies in london and they are all busy too but they take care of their customers.

Still going through the hell of ever encountouring Marsh and Parsons even weeks after we've moved out. Extortionately expensive for boilerplate agreements that are not even accurate. Charges for cleans that haven't taken place
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
