I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Marsh and Parsons, Lexy found me a beautiful apartment on Vincent Square which I am thrilled with. They were professional to work with and the process was very smooth. I have already recommended them to friends.

I had an appointment booked with Alexa. Received an email 9min prior to the appointment that she cannot make it on time, when called it turned out that she didn't have a key. Still going through the hell of ever encountouring Marsh and Parsons even weeks after we've moved out. Started by moving into a filthy dirty flat and being charged for a professional clean, that we had to do ourselves, followed by the boiler exploding a couple of days after we moved into property...
