I am very saddened to have just received an email stating that Miles & Barr wont let any more of my properties again.... but I wasnt actually going to use them again: firstly I felt the sales manager was far too pushy, trying to bully me into signing me up on a fully managed let. Secondly I feel that the customer service is quiet poor due to too many chiefs, I would rather use an agent that gave me one person to help me through the entire process instead of having to do everything two or three times due to them having too many different departments and each of them all in different towns... Its quiet confusing and seriously frustrating telling one person one thing and then having to start over with someone else, then again with someone else... it makes for a very misinformed situation, it would appear none of the staff seem to record anything or talk to each other, which is as good a reason for not using them as a management company either, most of my paperworks had to be done two or three times to get them right. Apparently a young lady was quiet upset on the telephone call with me, how utterly rediculous.. she was the one telling me off on the phone, what happened to the customer is allowed to ask questions, perhaps Miles & Barr need to do some staff training and get them to buck their ideas up and get on with learning the job instead of sitting whinging. I am leaving this review for others who probably arent quiet as informed as myself - having been in the business for over 25years, so as to ensure others arent bullied and mindboggled into having to track their way through the wonders of Miles & Barr's many different departments, this is something that seems to be shown throughout their reviews. Maybe its time for a big shake up in your methods Miles and Barr, and regardless of whatever your reply to my review will be, let me make you aware that I have 118 reviews left on my company profile which is a impeccable 5 out of 5 on tripadvisor, so no matter your reply to me.
