Last September we put our house on the market with a long established local agent, however after 4 initial viewings there was not another until mid-December when we appointed D & G. Thereafter the viewings were constant and the communication by Verity and Hattie excellent throughout. Despite it being a very difficult time to sell our house an acceptable price was agreed and the sale kept on track despite a difficult chain.
Comments on Agent Fees
A bit high (which was why we didn\'t use them initially) but the price achieved is far more important.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Tried harder, had a better attitude, been more responsive. Actually cared about its clients.

They are clearly ripping off the landlord by charging him property management fees and hiring sub standard contractors.
