Bullish behaviour, harassing tenants who are also prospective buyers, mis - communications, if you want a mental breakdown then take their services and pay their commissions and unreasonable excessive fees! Happy to share more names in the letting side like Olivia Green, Rebecca Snape who would not share details of the landlord- they gave an incomplete address of the landlord knowing fully well that the letter wouldn't reach them!

28 Mar 2019I totally agree with the above email. They are Terrible. They say what you want, then get you in the contract. They bullied my tennats. I am a landlord tried to get hold of the tennats to discuss particular issue at the property, Rebecca Snape, and the Team are the same, Joshua Albright, Siannie. The tennats where also trying to get hold of me, they never told me. I asked on 5 email correspondence over 11 days then gave up and had to get details from neighbours. Now I am trying to get lawyers involved. Agreed one fee, charged another fee. Maybe all letting agents are the same, can't say, but definitely avoid Marsh and Parsons chiswick.

Then ghosted messages. - Changed the flat 1 week before I... Read Full Review

Aggressive and pushy in their sales technique in order to try and persuade me to choose them as my letting agent - right from the first point of contact. Their terms and conditions for letting properties were very much in line with other competitors that I was also considering, but their customer... Read Full Review
