Bullish behaviour, harassing tenants who are also prospective buyers, mis - communications, if you want a mental breakdown then take their services and pay their commissions and unreasonable excessive fees!

Happy to share more names in the letting side like Olivia Green, Rebecca Snape who would not share details of the landlord- they gave an incomplete address of the landlord knowing fully well that the letter wouldn't reach them!

Their terms and conditions for letting properties were very much in line with other competitors that I was also considering, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.
While the person who came round to value the property was polite and friendly, the person I spoke to at the office before and afterwards was extremely pushy. I was particularly unhappy with his manner in his follow up call once I had advised them that I had decided to go with another agent. He also continued to pressure me to use them when I had clearly declined on several occasions.
