I think the warning signs were when the agent turned up twenty minutes late. They continuously failed to respond to phone calls and emails. At one point they sent our personal details to other email addresses so no idea about security of personal information. Maintenance of the property was poor at best for the rental we were in. Getting our deposit back- they just kept it without responding to the emails of enquiry that we sent. we still have no idea why this was not returned- In the end we gave up. As a home owner and future buyer I would not look at a property being sold by Blundells!!
