I think the warning signs were when the agent turned up twenty minutes late. They continuously failed to respond to phone calls and emails. Very very very frustrating to deal with. First of all they put massive pressure to use their terrible mortgage advisors who will only tell you about very limited quite poor deals which they can only be offering because they're getting paid to offer them.
