Endless problems, the house was barely fit to live in (the plumbing in the toilet was so badly done it was blocking over and over because of the way the pipes had been put in, but the agents claimed it was "our fault" and "they never had issues with other tenants" the electrics were barely fit for purpose, at one point a breaker quite literally burned itself out and we were lucky it didnt actually start a fire and more besides) the maintenance department moved around so many times that it became impossible to contact them because eventually the phone number given wasnt ever answered they charged £15 for "letters" (not actually costing them anything since they were emailed letters, so basically stealing £15 every time they sent "letters" that cost them nothing) all in all, would not ever use them again.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication Reasonable admin and inspection fees Not take photographs on inspection Do not ask inappropriate questions about how often you clean the property when the property is clearly in excellent condition. Chase landlords when fixtures are broken and remnants are willing to replace items at own cost. Resolve damp issues and chase landlord when no response has been gained especially when there is a newborn baby in the property. If passing on deposit information give correct details
