This agent cheated me on the deposit money! Always postponed the return of my deposit each time I asked for it. I have initiated a complaint process to recover my money now.

They told us we could use all of the double length garage and it was the only reason we took it ,day of moving in the garage was locked with the owners stuff in ,after confronting surelet they denied everything . Endless problems, the house was barely fit to live in (the plumbing in the toilet was so badly done it was blocking over and over because of the way the pipes had been put in, but the agents claimed it was "our fault" and "they never had issues with other tenants" the electrics... Read Full Review

Terrible service- moved into a room in a house in carmarthen - in the viewing I told them there was not a fridge - they hadn't noticed this!! What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication Reasonable admin and inspection fees Not take photographs on inspection Do not ask inappropriate questions about how often you clean the property when the property is clearly in excellent condition. Chase landlords when fixtures are broken and remnants are willing to replace items at own cost. Resolve damp issues and chase landlord when no response has been gained especially when there is a newborn baby in the property. If passing on deposit information give correct details
