I don't know where to start writing up the horrible experience I had with this estate agents. As a tenant, I have felt totally ignored and disrespected throughout my 2 year tenure. If I were to write everything down, it would cost me hours and a possible heart attack out of rage. A few things: - Being completely neglected by property management for 8 months. - Scheduling viewings less then 24 hours in advance. - I found out that in the original gas safety check the fire place was forgotten to be checked. A year after it was labelled as unsafe which means that I have put my life in danger for a year. - Completely unfair treatment in regards to receiving the deposit b
