Extremely poor service. We purchased the property through this agent and found them very difficult to deal with. At times they appeared to be even obstructive to the sale and almost caused the sale to fall through several times. Staff were rude and unpleasant. Not even a congratulations on collecting our keys from them, let alone a bottle of bubbly or flowers. Disgusting from one of the most expensive agents out there....

7 Nov 2018I think that I am the seller of the property mentioned above. Whilst there are 2 sides to a story I feel I have to respond to the comments above. I have found the agent to be nothing but professional and courteous. It would not be in their interest to be otherwise as their objective is to sell on behalf of their client. We had worked with a previous company who were poles apart in regard to service. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
