Extremely poor service. We purchased the property through this agent and found them very difficult to deal with. Extremely poor service. We purchased the property through this agent and found them very difficult to deal with. At times they appeared to be even obstructive to the sale and almost caused the sale to fall through several times. Staff were rude and unpleasant. Not even a congratulations on collecting our keys from them, let alone a bottle of bubbly or flowers. Disgusting from one of the most expensive agents out there....
