[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Wow. Where to begin. Firstly, they don't even deserve a "1 star". These guys are beyond terrible. They are f***ing appalling. They will quite happily con you out of everything, and not give a flying s**t. We were unfortunate enough to go with these goddamn conmen and rent a property, despite having read the reviews on here. Ohh how we wished we'd listened to our gut feelings... And thus began (and still continues) the worst experience with Edinburgh letting agencies to date. Firstly, communication at this "establishment" is a myth. You are charged £120/person for "admin fees". Some places I know only charge 1/6 of that..... If you actually get any correspondance off them (email or otherwise), it will be a small miracle. They don't bother to respond to emails, and if you are lucky enough to get through to them on the phone (sometimes they screen your calls so they can ignore you - try private number, it works fine!), they will not even bother to put you on hold whilst they shout abuse about you across the office to their colleagues. If you are foolish enough to actually sign a lease with these people, then don't expect to have a good experience in your property. Upon moving into ours, it was pretty obvious it had not been cleaned. So they sent someone, the day after we'd moved in, to clean it. Which was pretty impossible what with all our stuff being there..... So we ended up having to clean the place ourselves. There were numerous issue throughout the tenancy (too many to list here), and the employees at this place were just unfathomable. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever, and no regard or concern for their tennants welfare. As long as they have your money, they don't give a hoot. The owner of the "company", Michael, will do anything and everything to fob you off, rip you off, whatever, Basically, he is a conman, and he will screw you for every penny you have. Good luck to getting your deposit back! We were living in a poor excuse for a property, and even months after moving, are still fighting to get back money we are owed. He is unbelieveable, and usually responds to emails in the rudest and most unprofessional manner possible. Please, if you are even contemplating renting a property with this company, please please please read the reviews posted here. They are not written for the sake of it - they are real experiences from real people who were unfortuate enough to deal with such a fraudulent company. It is just unbelieveable how they are actually still able to operate. They are just conmen acting under the pretence of being a 'respectable' letting agency. It is just uncomprehensible how this fraudulant and thieving company are still in operation. The owner is a liar and a fraudster. Don't be stupid enough to ignore these reviews and go ahead with renting from them. And, if after all that, you still go ahead with them, don't bother complaining. It seems so many people who have reviewed them here have had similar, if not identical, problems. Dirty properties, lack of response to email, with-holding deposits with no valid reasons..
