This is the worst agency I've ever used. Didn't tell the previous tenants we were coming for a viewing, they didn't show up for the viewing, luckily the tenants agreed to show us round. Edinburgh Spaces sucks! Chris D***son and Michael Young are unprofessional and, worst of all, liars. In this agency communication does not exist. Thus, someone should expect all kind of problems to arise: dirty properties, technicians who arrive after a month, and unexpected viewings in the middle ... Read Full Review

I have used Edinburgh Spaces as a landlord for over five years now. They are a motivated and expert team. I recommend them highly to both letter and tenant. The most unprofessional agency in the UK! The house that we rented was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves since the cleaning crue never arrived. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
