This is the worst agency I've ever used. Didn't tell the previous tenants we were coming for a viewing, they didn't show up for the viewing, luckily the tenants agreed to show us round. We moved in, the flat hadn't been clean, and the previous tenants had purposely left a mess- won't go into too much detail but body hairs everywhere, including inside the fridge. Edinburgh spaces made us wait 3 days before sending cleaners who did a dire job- had to get them back 3 times then do it ourselves. It then transpired that all of the sash windows in the flat were stuck open at the top so our flat wasn't wind and water tight- 4 months later(and still paying full rent) they were replaced. Various other issues over the time we were there in which the guys in the office were rude, unhelpful and condescending. We eventually ended our lease early and had to threaten to take them to a rental tribunal to do this and get our deposit back (even thought the flat was in a far better condition than we found it). I wish we had just went ahead with the tribunal!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
