We have just bought a house through the Windlesham branch and couldn't be happier with the work the girls put in. A process that can take months & be highly stressful was made all the easier due to the girls working so hard. We're in our new home within 2 months of our offer, & that's inc Christmas the break, as well as selling my flat. Huge thanks to Gara, Kate and Liz (Ascot branch) for all your hard work! Impeccable service. Highly recommend!!!!

Awful experience with Strutt and Parker Ascot. Unprofessional, unethical and rude. i am disgusted at the behavior of this estate agent throughout the checking out period - in particular Phillipa Ives. we were lucky to have the landlady present who was a wonderful and considerate person. it felt like a personal attack and that she NEEDED to take my hard earned money.... to think we paid to be treated like this is sickening. i will tell anyone who wants to listen never use this branch and in particular not Phillipa Ives. if you are unlucky enough to be allocated her DEMAND a switch as i pray the rest of the staff have more respect for people.
