Unprofesional untrustworthy incompetent is the only way to describe this diabolical company. After telling us the price for finding a Tennant is £250 + vat they took £620 out of the new Tennant rent and deposit. They have left me with an unsafe lease after they failed to get the guarantors signature. Angela who I believed was the manager is nothing more than a con merchant. Once they have your money they refuse to take your calls. Absolute nightmare. It doesn't stop there. After writing a letter of complaint to steave pooli the director he didn't even give me the common curtacy to even reply. In 40yrs in buissiness this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COST.

If possible I would have given 0.--We paid a management fee, the property was not managed. When we had it back it was in terrible condition. Nothing had been picked up on, like a hole in the wall, oven not cleaned for 5 years by the look of it. Also windows never cleaned, the garden certainly... Read Full Review

Rented our property out with homepoint kingstanding. Seemed to be an average estate agency at first, once tenant moved in it went down hill. Bad.. change you for even breathing in your own house. Management is a joke not even worth 1% of your monthly rent. Then when you want to leave them they want a hell of a lot of money from you...
