Terrible attitude. Viewed a property then received calls for feedback (although this was clearly given to the estate agent on the day) which I couldn't take due to being in work, so I emailed. Then got a stroppy message saying if I didn't get back to them they wouldn't let me view the next property arranged, which by the way, they were doing me a favour with because it was at 530 (um....most people work 9-5, do you really think people should take time off work to do viewings?). When I rang to complain about the tone of their calls I spoke to Amanda who was just argumentative and almost tried to imply I hadn't emailed ('we haven't received your email'- er well check your IT system then, I am NOT lying), and let me know what a big favour they were doing with the 530 viewing! Even if my dream property came up with FH I wouldn't deal with them.

There was no Misunderstanding though-I was very clearly told that unless I gave feedback I could not do another viewing, that I had not given feedback when I had, and I was also told that a 530 viewing would be within the estate agents personal Time and therefore was being done as goodwill. thanks again.

8 Jul 2019I had the same awful experience with this shocking estate agents, monkeys at Chester zoo can sell better than this clown company. The worst person is the branch manager* what a rude, uncaring and bad attitude towards customers when I went to complain (because they cannot sell your house at all and are the slowest plus your stuck in a contract with them) she commented ‘oh that’s the phone ringing it might be for your property’ what kind of sarcastic attitude is that towards a customer in a so called reputable estate agent firm,NOT! AVOID THIS COMPANY and go somewhere else who actually cares and wants to sell your property with less hassle than these jokers!

Avoid at all costs! Put my property on with FH in May, was on with them for 3 months... not one viewing. My house is a new build so I thought it may have been harder to sell but not one viewing in three months! Farrell Hayworth do not market properties as they should, don’t return calls... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
