I would not of given them 1 star. Absolutely useless. It pained me to give them there fee for which they DiD NOT sell my home. 'Valued' and claimed they would sell within 8 weeks then TOLD us we should accept thousands less after only getting us 4 viewings in 18 months. They are only ... Read Full Review

Avoid at all costs! Put my property on with FH in May, was on with them for 3 months... not one viewing. My house is a new build so I thought it may have been harder to sell but not one viewing in three months! Farrell Hayworth do not market properties as they should, don’t return calls... Terrible attitude. Viewed a property then received calls for feedback (although this was clearly given to the estate agent on the day) which I couldn't take due to being in work, so I emailed. Then got a stroppy message saying if I didn't get back to them they wouldn't let me view the next property ... Read Full Review

Awful service, we put a well presented house on the market with under the going market price and in the 6 months it was on the market with them we had zero viewing!!!!!
