The worst agency to deal with as tenants. Wouldn't even want to give 1 star. While in the property, everytime a problem was reported you have to chase up with them yourselves. I spoke to them on a Monday to arrange a viewing for a property with their board on it. I was told the paperwork isn't complete for the listing. Once it's listed the property will go online. What a terrible agent and landlord! On several occasions I have been left with no hot water and heater - worse being over one week, from Easter Friday, with the same issues reported prior. They are very nice to until you sign that contract (in which they do not explain) and then the communication is terrible. When I asked if my house had any interest they replied with 'I don't know I've not checked me emails all day'. I want out of my contract and they are all ignoring me.... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
Come to the property, talk to me in person, see the fence from my side, and then discuss the need for repairs or not. That is all I wanted. I am their neighbour, they should deal with me people like human beings instead of property files to be \"managed\".
