In nearly two years Farrell Heyworth never once missed an opportunity to disappoint. All an agent has to do is administer a prompt sale at valuation and keep the seller happy. Absolutely appalling service to us as potential tenants. Dealt with four or five different staff and none were ever able to deal with the simplest of questions about particular properties or even their own fees. Terribly high. Higher than prestigious Bath agents. £100 guarantor fee, double fees for two people (even if they are a couple). Online it says £700 applicant renewal fee which though clearly a mistake, the staff member thought was the actual amount you would pay after 6 months to renew your tenancy.
