They are very nice to until you sign that contract (in which they do not explain) and then the communication is terrible. When I asked if my house had any interest they replied with 'I don't know I've not checked me emails all day'. I want out of my contract and they are all ignoring me. They move all your stuff to take pictures and don't put it back, it was a rushed job. The listing on rightmove was wrong and it failed to appear on zoopla. I've tried countless times to communicate with them, head office and the manger and they ignore my calls, texts and emails. 2 weeks later and no one will answer my questions regarding my contact. Absolutely terrible and very unprofessional. I want to move forward with an agent I have confidence and trust in and I can't because of Farrel Heyworth. I would advise anyone who are thinking of going with them not too.
Over priced.

Despite the fact that no name or address is referred to in this review we believe we are able to identify the property which these comments relates to. In this matter our staff conducted themselves in the marketing of the property in a professional and timely manner, as we do with all of our properties.We have communicated extensively with the property owner and believe this matter is now resolved.

21 Apr 2017*my complaint has not been taken into consideration*. My partner and I was told that after 28 days if there's no sale there's no fee with the right to cancel. But the fine print of the contract (and worded terribly) means 20 weeks plus 28 days (it took the manager 2 weeks to explain this to me). The sales guy sat in my front room, did not explain the contract and asked me for a 'quick signiture'. As part of my complaint I wanted the cancellation fee to be removed but I was told 'I'm making excuses as leverage to exit the contract'. Can someone please advice me how to pay the fee to finalise the cancellation. It's been 20 days since I've cancelled and that's 20 days delaying my house being sold. I've had to get in touch with the property ombudsman because I'm getting nowhere and hopefully they will take my complaint more seriously.

The worst agency to deal with as tenants. Wouldn't even want to give 1 star. While in the property, everytime a problem was reported you have to chase up with them yourselves. Come to the property, talk to me in person, see the fence from my side, and then discuss the need for repairs or not. That is all I wanted. I am their neighbour, they should deal with me people like human beings instead of property files to be \"managed\".
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
