I would not of given them 1 star. Absolutely useless. It pained me to give them there fee for which they DiD NOT sell my home. 'Valued' and claimed they would sell within 8 weeks then TOLD us we should accept thousands less after only getting us 4 viewings in 18 months. They are only ... Read Full Review

'Valued' and claimed they would sell within 8 weeks then TOLD us we should accept thousands less after only getting us 4 viewings in 18 months. They are only interested in signing you up (which you are trapped into for up to 2 years) and then getting their fixed fee at any price. WE eventually found a buyer ourselves but still had to pay them. Go with them if you want row on the phone at the expense of your bank account. Worse than useless.

Avoid at all costs! Put my property on with FH in May, was on with them for 3 months... not one viewing. My house is a new build so I thought it may have been harder to sell but not one viewing in three months! Farrell Hayworth do not market properties as they should, don’t return calls... Avoid at all costs! Put my property on with FH in May, was on with them for 3 months... not one viewing. My house is a new build so I thought it may have been harder to sell but not one viewing in three months! Farrell Hayworth do not market properties as they should, don’t return calls and when you ask how they are getting your property out there to be seen by potential purchasers they don’t answer you clearly or simply say we send an email out! Oh and they also over value your house so realistically it won’t sell at that price as it’s possibly not even worth what they’re confident it will sell for. I left FH in leyland and went with Entwistle Green, fab service! Had a viewing within 2 days of being on the market - they managed to sell my house within 5 weeks of being on the market with them. If you’re looking for an agent in leyland I would definitely recommend Entwistle Green, their pictures are far more professional, their attitude is great and the staff are lovely!

Terrible attitude. Viewed a property then received calls for feedback (although this was clearly given to the estate agent on the day) which I couldn't take due to being in work, so I emailed. Then got a stroppy message saying if I didn't get back to them they wouldn't let me view the next property ... Read Full Review

Then got a stroppy message saying if I didn't get back to them they wouldn't let me view the next property arranged, which by the way, they were doing me a favour with because it was at 530 (um....most people work 9-5, do you really think people should take time off work to do viewings?). When I rang to complain about the tone of their calls I spoke to Amanda who was just argumentative and almost tried to imply I hadn't emailed ('we haven't received your email'- er well check your IT system then, I am NOT lying), and let me know what a big favour they were doing with the 530 viewing!

Even if my dream property came up with FH I wouldn't deal with them.

Awful service, we put a well presented house on the market with under the going market price and in the 6 months it was on the market with them we had zero viewing!!!!! Waste of time, total unhelpful don't go near them...... After this experience I would walk away from a dream house if was on the... Read Full Review
