Shambles since day one. Genuinely don't know if I have the energy to list each issue caused to date...here's a few though: * Told upon inspection after an initial 6 month contract we may be able to go a periodic tenancy...landlord didn't want that (fair enough) but was then pretty much accused of making things up by Pinnacle when I enquired about a periodic tenancy. * Pinnacle had more than a week between previous tenants and us moving in. After we moved in they contacted to see when the cleaners could come clean the whole flat. I agreed to them coming - never happened (forgot about it apparently). * Took more than a month for us to receive the inventory. * Still to this day waiting for a key to one of the locks to be issued (they did ask me to do it and drop in a receipt...not going to happen! what do i pay my fees for? They should be doing the leg work!) Things keep adding up when it comes to issues caused by Pinnacle, to the point of me having to take a day off work to stay in for a plumber to come to the property for him to not show up and Pinnacle not advising me. Obviously there was no compensation for me when I asked either. Still getting lumped with an outrageous 're-sign' fee for another 6 months for Pinnacle to re-print and change a date on the contract. Avoid them if you can people :)

I have no idea what the fees are for. I don't ever recall having a phone call from Pinnacle, it's always me chasing them.

The agent fee was a little expensive I did shop around and I did see some for cheaper but went with this one because of where the flat is.
