Sorry to say I have contacted the ombudsman about the poor service and lack of communication within this company. They do not deal with issues unless you harass them. Diana who is my management contact is quick to say she communicates all the time, in fact I hardly get a response from her, I feel she lets the team down. Have threatened to give my notice even though signed a three year contract. It's a very sad situation here and one I would not recommend others undertake.
Fees were acceptable, but one you have signed on the dotted line that's it

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
