This company has got to be the worst estate agents ever. Total lack of communication within the office.Told twice not to let a certain couple in to view our home while we were away as they were complete time wasters who has not turned up to two previously arranged viewings yet while we away they let them in to view! We had to call them every time we wanted to know how a viewing had gone and they never had any information. Wrong picture put on line, wrong picture put in paper without a notice about our open day, no appointments made for the open day, different members of staff giving us differing advice re value of house. The list goes on. We decided to take our house off the market with them but even though their service was completely rubbish they refused to let us out of the contract and are holding us to the 16 weeks. The final straw was going into the office to collect our keys and someone we had never met just handed them over. No ID asked for and he didn't know us from Adam but he just handed them over! Avoid this company at all costs. They are dreadful. Full of promises and deliver nothing but stress.

So refreshing!! Having been on with another EA in Whitstable - I shall not name names but let me tell you, this experience was worlds away from the other agent.
