Treated very poorly when desperately trying to secure a flat viewing for a place I was desperate to rent. Called withing 30 minutes of the property being listed, to be informed a viewing could not be arranged yet but left my name and number. No response for 2 weeks so call back to try and arrange only to be told that I mist have missed a call (which I certainly did not, I was very keen on the property so had been vigilantly waiting for a call) Called back 2 hours later to be told the flat is gone. Then told a small untruth about enquiring when the flat was originally posted. Very poor service, will be avoiding in future and will be spreading the word about the lack of customer care. Clearly this agent knows it will fill a property so treats customer with contempt.

A very large number of enquiries were received for the property in question immediately following the listing being made live and while our agents did endeavour to contact all interested parties as soon as the first open viewing had been scheduled, we sincerely apologise that you did not receive such a call. We are reviewing our procedures in light of your feedback in order to assess where we can improve the way we communicate with interested parties where properties are subject to such a high volume of enquiries. 10 Oct 2020Our detached house has been on market for nearly 3 months with only a handful of viewers The house across the road went within 1 week with lots of viewers for well over house value same with house along road. We have been treated as if no one is interested hardly any feedback and when we do phone very very very rarely get to speak to person SUPPOSED to be in charge of selling our house always answer phone or not in until whenever VERY DISSAPOINTED
