5 months after our house going on market the most we have been offered is home value Whenever try to get in touch with them one out of two times goes to answer phone not very professional It was Rettie who advised us who to go for home report full of flannel how good they were now saying home... Treated very poorly when desperately trying to secure a flat viewing for a place I was desperate to rent.
Called withing 30 minutes of the property being listed, to be informed a viewing could not be arranged yet but left my name and number.
No response for 2 weeks so call back to try and arrange only to be told that I mist have missed a call (which I certainly did not, I was very keen on the property so had been vigilantly waiting for a call)
Called back 2 hours later to be told the flat is gone. Then told a small untruth about enquiring when the flat was originally posted.
Very poor service, will be avoiding in future and will be spreading the word about the lack of customer care.
Clearly this agent knows it will fill a property so treats customer with contempt.
