I was assigned a viewing and travelled for 5 hours with minimal sleep beforehand to attend the viewing. Just as I arrived in Swansea I got a text message stating that the house had been let the day before. That is absolutely unacceptable for an estate agency to cancel a viewing without informing other interested parties immediately it is off the market. The most irritating thing is that there was even no offer for an alternative viewing when I called the office. I would not want to use Darlows for anything if that is how customer relations are handled.
