BAD ended up paying £360 before tenants were in place just because i was not informed and then taken through the small print.

People who know me will know that i am not a negative person however such POOR COMMUNICATION and TERRIBLE service has left me no choice than to write this review. Team at Cardiff Darlows were constantly in touch till i signed an initial agreement to rent my house through them. Once they had that they were very aggressive about putting anyone in my house. Little to no contact made and then conversations manipulated and twisted until i lost my trust in them. ONLY to pay £360 as leaving fees which i was told is our FREE service. Guys DONOT get CONNED. NO help even if you take it forward under complaint procedure.

Called in to Canton branch on the hop on way to my (at time) current agents. I received a friendly, courteous and professional service. Darlows worked harder for me in a week than other agent had done in months. Sales team are efficient and energetic. They generated much interest in my proprty via website and gave useful feedback after each viewing. What a team! Will definitely be my first pot of call next time. Thank you

The sale of the property took far longer than anticipated due to a legal complication. Neil and the whole team were very supportive although one member certainly went the extra mile for us. There were several times when we thought we may lose the purchaser and it was only through the intuition of Tremaine Hoffman that we believe this did not happen. He kept the purchaser and ourselves regularly updated with honest and informative progress or even at times lack of progress with his professionalism, sincerity and friendly manner. Calls to him were always promptly returned and we would recommend Darlows with no hesitation. Thank you Tremaine.
