My husband and I are first time buyers, our first port of call was darlows. We received the best service, Tara has provided us with free practical advice on what we can/ can't afford as well as an extensive list of mortgage providers to compare. Clare has been amazing and so patient with us showing around numerous houses, always happy to help and has been so quick getting back to us. Both Tara and Claire have have alleviated much of the anxiety in our search for our first home!

Being rather naïve and under experienced in the selling of a house, as this was our first time....we saw the ��� and decided to go with Darlows. A week later we were asked to drop the price by �15k. Alarm bells began to ring.

Being rather naïve and under experienced in the selling of a house, as this was our first time....we saw the ��� and decided to go with Darlows. A week later we were asked to drop the price by �15k. To cut a long story short, we drop the price by �10k and after 20 weeks we had 1 viewing. Yes 1 viewing. After the 20 weeks were up we want to out of our contract, low and behold we get told Oh that's a shame, we've got a cash buyer!....on the date the contract ends? Please pull the other one. We have since put our property for sale with another vendor and averaging 3 viewings a week for the last 3 weeks! Darlows Caerphilly are a very amateur outfit and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
