Hi Nick, I hope you are well. I just wanted to put on record my thanks to you and your team for the professional and courteous way you managed the sale of our property. Despite some of the challenges we faced you were always on hand to provide guidance and support. Estate agents are often criticised for the way they go about their business but I have nothing but praise for you and your team.
