This purchase was not straightforward. The vendors solicitors did not even send the contract off for 3 weeks, then trying to get details re: freehold and lease proved difficult. This purchase was not straightforward. The vendors solicitors did not even send the contract off for 3 weeks, then trying to get details re: freehold and lease proved difficult. I found Lorraine to be helpful, charming and knowledgeable. When I wanted a copy of the lease - not only did she get a copy, she then photocopied it and dropped around to my home. Dealing with Heatheringtons was a pleasure.
