We were in negotiation for this property at a very stressful time in in our lives with our family and grandchildren emigrating to New Zealand. It is of great credit to Hetheringtons and Richard Wells in particular that they did not add to our stress at this emotional time. The transaction was handled to our complete satisfaction, queries were answered promptly info was supplied speedily but thoughtfully at all times and all in a very mannerly and professional way.

It is of great credit to Hetheringtons and Richard Wells in particular that they did not add to our stress at this emotional time. The transaction was handled to our complete satisfaction, queries were answered promptly info was supplied speedily but thoughtfully at all times and all in a very mannerly and professional way.
We would strongly reccommend their services to others and although having no intention of moving again in the near future would always make them our first port of call should the need arise.

I cannot praise Scott enough. The sale of our property fell through on several occasions which put pressure on the purchase of the property we were buying through Hetheringtons. Although the vendor changed agents we continued with the sale through Hetheringtons as they introduced us initially. ... Read Full Review

I cannot praise Scott enough. The sale of our property fell through on several occasions which put pressure on the purchase of the property we were buying through Hetheringtons. Although the vendor changed agents we continued with the sale through Hetheringtons as they introduced us initially. The whole process was very traumatic and there were continual hold-ups and issues. Scott supported us throughout even querying delays from our purchasers solicitors (even though we were not selling through Hetheringtons). I would recommend Hetheringtons both when selling and purchasing and only wish I had used them for the sale of my old property as well.
