I recently bought a property through Fulfords, who were so attentive etc until I put the house under offer, then nothing, no communication, limited service. I was very unimpressed. The house I bought was not right for me, so decided to do a part exchange very soon after taking possession of the house, matter of a month. Fulfords were approached by the builder, at which point Fulfords valued the house at £10k less than I paid. considering they valued in the house in the first place in excess of £10k more than their builders valuation. Unprofessional and now have a customer happy to share their experience of this terrible company.
Do their job properly and ethically. 2 other agents submitted prices, one what I paid and the other higher due the work I had done. Fulfords couldn\'t be bothered to come and see the house!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
