I recently bought a property through Fulfords, who were so attentive etc until I put the house under offer, then nothing, no communication, limited service. I was very unimpressed. What agent could do to change your mind?

Do their job properly and ethically. 2 other agents submitted prices, one what I paid and the other higher due the work I had done. Fulfords couldn\'t be bothered to come and see the house!
