Absolutely appalling service. They have no idea what they are doing. Please, please, please avoid them. They are failing to uphold their contractual obligations, don't check the property when they should and when they do. They do no action whatsoever. Their latest muck up is going to cost me thousands if I ever get the current tenants out! They are beyond incompetent.

Absolutely horrific, they could not have cared less if they tried. They blatantly lied to me not knowing that I was already in direct contact with the owner of the house who confirmed the same. At first they seemed very professional. Smooth move into a rented property. Only later we realised our mistake. The most awful estate agents I have ever encountered. They don't pick up the phone, left us without heating for 3 months in winters, are downright rude on the phone, ignore your calls and don't respond to emails or messages... I could go on and on. Dreadful. Dealing with Hetheringtons has been an appalling expirience. This is my first rental let and I chose the 'fully managed' contract. The tenant was unable to get work done and so contacted me, then I was unable to make them act and so ended up doing the work myself. Not just once but time... Read Full Review
