Never got informed that my viewing got cancelled. Found out online that property I'm interested in is no longer available. Comments on Agent Fees

When wanted to view a property had to open an profile, I'm not entirely OK with idea of them storage my details like: address, email, phone, etc just because I want to view a rental property. However I initially called requesting one which I found out dates weren't suitable so they called again to check in if they can help.

They are very helpful and nice when you visit the property and you feel happy until you pay the fees and agree with the rent. After that, it's a nightmare! What agent could do to change your mind?

Agent could have dealt with complaints and sought to deliver a service to tenants as well as landlords. Agent could also deal with maintenance issues appropriately and in timely way.

Let's face it - letting agents and estate agents have a bad reputation. We do not take deposits from any tenants at point of references - its also illegal for any agent to not return a deposit - just maybe this person/persons would like to see the codes that Morgans...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
