Never got informed that my viewing got cancelled. Found out online that property I'm interested in is no longer available. Waited till late afternoon next day for a phone call from them which never happen and deiced to contact them myself. They confirmed property being no longer available and that my next day (due in less that 24 h) viewing is cancelled. Had the very same experience couple years back when was looking to buy. When Finally got a viewing agent knew nothing about the property. Advert said property comes with garage but person had no idea if its true, which garage it is and had no key to it. And few other. Like no one speak to each other in the office.
Comments on Agent Fees
When wanted to view a property had to open an profile, I'm not entirely OK with idea of them storage my details like: address, email, phone, etc just because I want to view a rental property. However I initially called requesting one which I found out dates weren't suitable so they called again to check in if they can help.
