Brilliant all round. I could not be happier with everyone at the Kinross branch. The staff were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I genuinely enjoyed the interactions with everyone involved; The estate agent Steven McHardy was great to work with & easy to like. The solicitor Stephen Dickson's expertise & professionalism was excellent. The office staff were absolutely lovely to deal with. A ray of bright sunshine. There were complications with the property which were nothing to do with Morgans, but they really helped take the stress off me and advised me well. This was important to me because I am a stroke survivor, so I find complex legal matters difficult and I had found myself put in an awkward situation with an inherited property that came with 'problems' and Morgans really helped me out, explained things meticulously and made the whole thing so much easier. The exchange went through efficiently, and funds were with me like lightning. I was very pleased with how reasonable the charges were. This will be the 4th house I've sold in my life and by far the best experience. I really am absolutely delighted.

Never got informed that my viewing got cancelled. Found out online that property I'm interested in is no longer available. When wanted to view a property had to open an profile, I'm not entirely OK with idea of them storage my details like: address, email, phone, etc just because I want to view a rental property. However I initially called requesting one which I found out dates weren't suitable so they called again to check in if they can help.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
