They are very helpful and nice when you visit the property and you feel happy until you pay the fees and agree with the rent. After that, it's a nightmare! I have rented with Morgans before, but only through their city centre office. My experiences mean I would not recommend them again and certainly not have any dealings with their headingley office. When maintenance issues were reported, they wrote incorrect information meaning that it took weeks ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have dealt with complaints and sought to deliver a service to tenants as well as landlords. Agent could also deal with maintenance issues appropriately and in timely way.
