They are very helpful and nice when you visit the property and you feel happy until you pay the fees and agree with the rent. After that, it's a nightmare! Charged nonsense fees on move out, they took almost £300 from my bond on things that come out after the checkout inspection. Don't rent with them, but if you have no choice, take pictures of everything, every detail, hidden places, under the bed, because they check everything on the checkout, even things they don't check during the check in and they will change you expensive fees for everything.

I have rented with Morgans before, but only through their city centre office. My experiences mean I would not recommend them again and certainly not have any dealings with their headingley office. When maintenance issues were reported, they wrote incorrect information meaning that it took weeks ... Read Full Review
Agent could have dealt with complaints and sought to deliver a service to tenants as well as landlords. Agent could also deal with maintenance issues appropriately and in timely way.

Agent could have dealt with complaints and sought to deliver a service to tenants as well as landlords. Agent could also deal with maintenance issues appropriately and in timely way.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
